Fee and Cancellation Policy

Right4me is a local small business that provides capacity building disability support services on a fee for service basis. As a non-registered NDIS provider, Right4me may provide services to self-managed and Plan Managed NDIS participants. Right4me does not provide services to NDIA managed clients.

Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date of issue.

Cancellation policy

A cancellation is a short notice cancellation if you:

  • give Right4me less than four (4) hours’ notice for a support; or

  • do not show up for a scheduled support within a reasonable time; or

  • are not present at the agreed place and within a reasonable time when Right4me is travelling to deliver the support.

Short notice cancellations will be charged at the full rate. If you are late to a session, the full rate is also charged and Right4me is unable to extend your session to make up any lost time. Make up sessions that do not fall on your regular scheduled time are not routinely available.

Further detail regarding fees and cancellations will be discussed with you individually.
